Tom Brannock
Biography
Growing up in a real estate household, Tom Brannock started playing with real estate contracts and house plans (not just Lego’s) while in kindergarten. Tom brings over 13 years of construction experience to the J. Fuller Homes team. As an accomplished homebuilder with experience in every facet of the business, Tom has spent time overseeing sales, development, and production activities for residential home builders (luxury homes, townhomes, and villas). At J. Fuller Homes, Tom oversees the new home construction division, focusing on building a quality home and providing each client with a 5-star building experience. Tom’s mission is to improve the community one home at a time by creating an exceptional client experience and delivery high-quality homes that meet the needs and expectations of each client.
In his spare time, Tom was a NCAA lacrosse official for 10 years. He is a passionate fundraiser, participating in both the 2023 Beltway Brawl where he raised $1,000 for every second he was in the boxing ring, and holding an annual Kentucky Derby fundraiser benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association. Tom has also served on numerous boards associated with child abuse and child education organzitions.
