Triangle Land Fund

Triangle Land Fund, LLC provides high net worth individuals, family offices, and other investment entities a unique vehicle for land investments in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill-Cary). The equity fund will 1) purchase undervalued land assets (raw land and finished lots) from banks and distressed owners, 2) enhance the asset value during the hold period through the completion of entitlements and strategic infrastructure, and 3) sell the assets through our extensive network of developers, brokers, and builders.

2012-2013 will mark the end of a 4-year window to “buy low” from the Great Recession. Further, the Triangle is particularly well-poised for an economic recovery that will provide many opportunities to “sell high” over the next 5-7 years.

Our team brings over 40 years success in Triangle real estate investment and development. Additionally, the managers have engineering and site contracting expertise that allows an in-depth technical understanding of hidden costs, so there are fewer surprises.

The initial fund offering of $15M is underway, and subscriptions are available in the $1M to $5M range.
