John joined Fuller Land & Development in May 2024, bringing with him a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on site design and land development. Before joining Fuller, John gained extensive experience in the technical aspects of land development, giving him valuable insights into the complexities of the development process and a deep understanding of the critical factors that influence project implementation.

At Fuller, John’s role involves overseeing development projects during construction, managing a diverse range of vendors and contractors, and conducting cost estimations for upcoming developments.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, John is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech, where he earned his degree in Civil Engineering. He is also a certified Professional Engineer (PE). Recently, John relocated to the Raleigh area with his wife, where they enjoy exploring the city’s vibrant culinary scene, cooking together, and spending time in the many parks and greenways that Raleigh has to offer.
