Hempstead at Beaver Creek Phase Two Development Nears Completion

Fuller Land & Development developed the first phase of Hempstead at Beaver Creek subdivision for NVR/ Mountain Real Estate Capital and Ryan Homes. The first phase consisted of fifty (50) townhome lots, platted in November of 2015. Site work construction on the second phase of seventy-six (76) lots is scheduled for completion by November 2016.

The homes are currently assigned to the desirable award-winning Wake County School District. Expanding into Hempstead at Beaver Creek Phase Two Development

Development of the third and final phase of sixty-seven (67) townhome lots is scheduled to be well under way by second quarter 2017, completing the subdivision with a total of one hundred ninety-three (193) lots.
