Tammie Hattey joined Fuller Land Development as a Broker in 2015, after working with real estate firms in Durham and Surry Counties. She has been involved with downtown Durham revitalization projects, including the redevelopment of a historic commercial building now occupied by the Counter Culture Coffee Headquarters and Training Center.
Tammie also has small business ownership experience which brings an appreciation of how zoning, traffic, and demographics determine the best location for commercial properties. She applies this entrepreneurial perspective to every phase of a transaction, from property identification and analysis to negotiating the sale.
Tammie attended the Northern Hospital School of Clinical Laboratory Science and has her Associates Degree in Science from Surry Community College. Tammie has lived in Hillsborough since 2010.
